HPCO has dedicated space on its premises for both a primary and a secondary school. Under the umbrella of the Brigada Eskwela Program, HPCO employees help to upkeep the school facilities.

HPCO maintains strong connections with its planters, considering them valued partners. In this collaborative ethos, HPCO provides offices within its facilities to the planters' associations, along with any additional assistance they may require.

HPCO takes pride in offering the community this distinctive church, along with lodging for the local priest.

With the well-being of our employees in mind, HPCO has built a state-of-the-art multifunctional basketball court. Additionally, we offer spacious grass fields for soccer enthusiasts and a dedicated tennis court for recreational activities.

Within the estate, HPCO has constructed 58 individual houses with gardens specifically for their staff, whereby housing expenses and running costs are borne by HPCO.
