HPCO prides itself for being one of the few mills  in Negros Occidental that produce Muscovado sugar. For this purpose, we have set up a facility, separate from the main mill operations, to create this artisanal sugar product.  Our commitment to excellence ensures that the final result is a pure, all-natural, and pesticide-free muscovado sugar, crafted to meet the most stringent quality standards.
